Your mission:
- Check-in and check-out – a piece of cake for you
- Excellent service for our discerning guests, young and old
- Informing guests about events, recommendations and reservations of all kinds
- Communication on the phone or in person as well as written communication via email or messages
- You have the ability to deal with guests in a friendly, patient and professional manner
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks in the front office
- Upselling of additional services
