We are currently looking for a Front Office Agent (STARS)* for our greet Wien City Nord
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Professional and cordial reception of guests
- Check-in/check-out as well as carrying out follow-up bookings
- Central contact person for all guest requests
- Receive and carefully process reservation requests
- You carry out all administrative tasks at the front office safely and independently and contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
- You will also be happy to assist at the bar by preparing and serving drinks professionally
- You also lend a hand in the breakfast service when needed
- Experience with Opera hotel software will help you in your new job

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the hospitality industry and amounts to EUR 2,026.00 gross on a full-time basis. We would like to discuss your final salary with you personally based on your knowledge and experience.

Stylish second-hand furniture not only sets accents, but also makes sustainability recognizable. In our open lobby you will find a breakfast room, a bistro and a mini market open 24 hours a day for snacks and drinks.
