Your tasks
Support Care Care
Preparation of high-quality and visually appealing meals
Supervision of cleaning, disinfection and tidying up work
Instructing kitchen staff
Ensuring the best possible quality of the food on offer and hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept in the kitchen area
Proper and professional storage of food
Carrying out the serving of food
Your qualifications
Training as a cook or housekeeping manager (preferably re-entry)
Further training in food hygiene (HACCP) is desirable
Passion for the kitchen and a strong awareness of quality
Organizational talent and the ability to motivate and lead a team
Enjoy taking on responsibility and contributing your own ideas
Expert knowledge of e.g. light meals, allergens
Flexibility and reliability
Ability to work in a team and a high level of service
