Processing fresh products and preparing professionally delicious dishes
Purchasing and ordering goods
Planning and calculation of food offerings and support for special events
Management of subordinate employees
Disposition, receipt and provision of goods and their storage
Implementation and monitoring of hygiene guidelines and HACCP regulations
Supporting the management with all tasks and standing in for them when they are on vacation or sick
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a chef (m/f/d) and ideally have professional experience in a commercial kitchen.
You are characterized by commitment and the ability to work in a team as well as a willingness to learn and perform.
You are familiar with current food laws and regulations (LMHV, HACCP).
You have knowledge of business administration and IT skills (MS Office).
Service and customer-oriented work and a high level of reliability round off your profile.
