For Insiva GmbH we are looking for a cook (m/f/d) for the branch management as a committed manager for our branch in Sigmaringen full-time as of 01.11.2025 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
What you can expect:
- Goods procurement, goods receipt and goods inspection
- Production planning and production management
- Preparation and serving of food
- Organizing, managing and training skilled and unskilled staff
- Quality assurance and compliance with hygiene standards
- Cooperation with people with disabilities
- Creating menus and menu sequences
- Compiling the product portfolio for the kitchen, kiosk and vending machines
- Planning, calculation and implementation of events
- Handling business management tasks in the branch in collaboration with central administration
Your qualifications
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or similar qualification
- Master chef (m/f/d) or business management qualification an advantage
- Experience in management roles is an advantage
- Willingness to take responsibility, commitment, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
- Open-minded and constructive cooperation with people with disabilities
- Confident communication in dealing with colleagues, guests and business partners
- Enthusiasm
- Service-oriented and solution-oriented thinking
- Car driving license an advantage
