who will lead a team of 10 employees and be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant area and for ensuring a consistently high quality of service.

We attach great importance to fresh ingredients, high-quality products from the region and a cuisine that combines tradition and modern influences.

Your tasks:
- Management of the service staff
- Induction and training of new employees
- Contact person for our guests and employees
- monitoring and ensuring a high quality of service
- Developing and implementing departmental standards
- Ensuring quality standards
- Creating the weekly duty roster and vacation schedules
- Maintaining the cash register system in the restaurant area
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations
- Accounting for daily sales
- Assistance in the further development of the gastronomic offer
- Assistance in the preparation and independent implementation of special events
Your profile:
- A passion for hospitality
- Specialist training as well as professional and management experience
- Very good understanding of figures
