Your tasks:
- Running an a la carte station with booking, call-off and cash register
- Serving our guests in all restaurants and outlets, at events and functions
- Managing the runners or commis
- Preparing the mise en place
Your profile:
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry or comparable experience
- Professional experience is an advantage
- Strong service orientation and host mentality
- You speak good German
