The tasks
- Working in the catering facilities of Koelnmesse GmbH managed by Aramark
- Coordination of the catering staff (employee pool and external companies)
- Responsibility for applicant management (recruiting, selection and training of temporary staff)
- Staff deployment planning in close cooperation with the departments
- Support with payroll accounting
- taking on other administrative tasks in day-to-day business
Your profile
- Commercial or gastronomic training
- Flexibility and organizational skills
- High motivation for further qualification
- Good IT skills
- Professional experience in the field of personnel scheduling desirable
