For our Diehl Defence GmbH & Co KG site in Überlingen on Lake Constance we are looking for a:
Head (m/f/d) Company Catering
These are your tasks:
- You will assume overall responsibility for the company catering area at the Überlingen site, including all operating sites with a focus on kitchen and catering services.
- You will lead and develop a team of approx. 22 employees in the areas of catering and kitchen - from personnel deployment planning to the promotion of a service and quality-oriented work structure.
- You will also help shape the "Grow" growth project by developing innovative supply concepts and will be responsible for selecting and managing external service providers and suppliers in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness and quality. Suppliers according to quality, efficiency and service criteria.
- You will ensure quality and sustainability management, including the further development of relevant standards and compliance with legal requirements (HACCP and hygiene concepts).
- In addition, you will work closely with internal interfaces such as purchasing, construction and operating technology or finance and ensure an attractive and modern catering offer for employees and guests.
What you bring with you:
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a hotel business economist (m/f/d).
- In addition, you have completed training in the hotel industry or as a chef (m/f/d) with a corresponding additional qualification as a master craftsman / business administrator (m/f/d).
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of communal catering, gastronomy, hotel business or catering.
- In addition, you have several years of experience in leading teams and managing external service providers.
- A structured and independent way of working, organizational skills, a high level of service orientation, strong communication skills and assertiveness round off your profile.
