Your tasks
- Checking all cleaned guest rooms on arrival and departure days
- Responsibility for room release after successful quality control
- Ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with our hotel standards
- Supporting the head governess in day-to-day operations
- Professional guidance and supervision of the housekeeping team on the floor
- Active participation in daily housekeeping operations as required
- Checking the public areas and back-of-house zones
- Close cooperation with reception and building services to optimize processes
- Participation in rostering and organization
- Induction of new colleagues and promotion of a positive and appreciative team atmosphere
- Dealing professionally with guest requests and feedback
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a comparable position and in this hotel category
- Strong awareness of quality and hygiene and an eye for detail
- Team-oriented, structured and reliable way of working
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of operational work
- Confident, well-groomed and professional appearance
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Enjoy working with people – both in a team and in contact with guests
