As a SPA receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests and with your positive charisma you ensure that relaxation begins as soon as you arrive.
Your tasks:
You are the heart of our SPA reception – with an overview, warmth and the ambition to offer every guest an all-round positive experience:
- Active guest care and advice – you are the first point of contact and ensure a feel-good atmosphere
- Organizing appointments for SPA treatments and services
- Active product sales & cross-selling of high-quality SPA products
- Confident handling of the SPA software TAC and the hotel program Protel
- Telephone service and coordination of inquiries and appointments
- Competent advice on our SPA treatments in the Stock Diamond Spa
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of the SPA concept as well as for order, cleanliness, safety & hygiene in the entire SPA area
Your profile:
You impress with your personality, your organizational skills and your enjoyment of working with people:
- Outgoing, guest-oriented personality with a warm demeanor
- Good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Open nature, willingness to learn and motivation for personal development
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Enthusiasm, commitment and a positive attitude
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Completed training in the cosmetics or massage sector is an advantage
- Professional and specialist knowledge, ideally in a comparable hotel category desirable
