Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll be an all-arounder and wellness coach in the reception area of the multi-award-winning SPA & MEERS.
- Providing professional consultation and an initial needs assessment for guests, as well as coordinating appointments for suitable treatments
- A warm, personalized welcome—including service in the Tea Lounge—and seeing guests off
- Selling the desired treatments and handling guest feedback professionally
- Daily closing procedures and performing administrative tasks
- Contract duration for your first assignment: either 4 or 6 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts
- Your promotion will be based on your availability in conjunction with the on-board staffing schedule and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry or in a specialized field within the SPA & Sports sector (cosmetology, massage, or fitness)
- Excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance, and a strong service orientation
- Organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Very good German and good English skills
