Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Responsibility for preparing dishes at your assigned station in the bakery
- Following the specific instructions and tasks assigned by your supervisor
- Managing the organization of goods and supplies
- Supervising the station and monitoring other areas of the kitchen
- Conducting your own quality control: making improvements to the station where necessary
- Responsible for the careful handling of all equipment and machinery in the area
- Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness, safety precautions, and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations
Your Course & Your Talents
Here's what you bring to the table:
- Diploma as a pastry chef or baker
- Work experience as a baker, as well as experience in a hotel or on a cruise ship
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Cost and quality awareness
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure
- Neat appearance
- Ability to work professionally and motivate the team
- Knowledge of English
