We are seeking a dining room and kitchen staff member (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a part-time or reduced-hour basis.
Your Responsibilities
Compliance with hygiene regulations
Assistance with preparing the required meals and portioning them according to specified guidelines
Cleaning the entire kitchen and associated cold storage facilities in accordance with the established hygiene plan, as well as maintaining documentation in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Washing dishes using the conveyor dishwasher and by hand
Preparing sausage and cheese platters for breakfast and dinner
Portioning salad sides, desserts, etc., according to the menu.
Assistance with catering
Checking the best-by dates of food items
Adherence to the first-in, first-out principle

Flexibility regarding work schedules (mornings, afternoons, evenings) according to the duty roster
