What to Do
- You create the meal plan and place orders
- You’ll work with your team to create lunch and snacks
- You plan staffing, lead, and develop your team
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations
- You’ll be the point of contact for our clients and guests
What We Value
- You have completed vocational training in the culinary arts (e.g., hotel management (m/f/d), chef (m/f/d))
- You have professional experience in an operational management role
- You have experience analyzing business metrics so that you can always determine the right course of action for your operation
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, allowing you to communicate seamlessly with your team and customers
- You have a driver’s license so you can easily reach the business, as public transportation connections are not good
