The Lausitzer Seenland Brandenburg Special-Purpose Association is the authority responsible for planning within its jurisdiction, develops new sites and infrastructure projects, and is one of the largest tourism service providers in the Lausitzer Seenland region.
Your Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for guest management at the special-purpose association’s commercial facilities (Familienpark and Hafencamp Großkoschen, Komfortcamping Niemtsch, Strandhotel Buchwalde), including the following departments:
- Guest Services (reception desks, front and back office, Central Guest Services)
- Sales
- Marketing, Online Marketing/Social Media
- Leisure and Events (Kulturschiff and Froggi-Klupp)
Coordination and oversight of key tasks in addition to division management:
- Boosting off-season business
- Market research and analysis of tourism trends
- Tapping into new target groups and markets
- Evaluation of key performance indicators/statistics and development of measures to improve results
Collaboration with the Facility Management division (Landscaping, Housekeeping, Technical Services), Product Development/Group Business, Project Management, and Administration
Development and implementation of a holistic guest experience strategy
Ensuring integrated communication between front and back office, Sales, Marketing, and Events
Planning, budgeting, staff development, and financial control for the division
Establishing partnerships, collaborative initiatives, and networking activities to increase visibility and occupancy rates
Quality management and further development of service standards, complaint management, and feedback processes
Your Profile
A bachelor’s degree in tourism, business administration, marketing, or a comparable qualification/degree
Several years of management experience in the tourism, hospitality, or leisure sectors, ideally with a multidisciplinary team
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience in market research and KPI-based performance management
A goal-oriented, results-driven, and service-oriented approach to work
A strong understanding of guest service, experience design, and event management
Knowledge of online marketing, social media, and sales management is desirable
Willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, flexibility, and willingness to travel within the region
Language skills: German (fluent), ideally English; additional languages are a plus
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to work independently, a high level of commitment, and strong execution skills
