We are looking for additional staff for our three-star hotels, Alpenruh and Blumental, in Mürren, starting October 1, 2026, or as agreed.
What you can expect:
- Host/hostess and first point of contact for our guests’ needs
- Handling check-in and check-out
- Cash register reconciliation and preparation of accounting records
- Sharing responsibility for all front desk tasks and procedures
- Providing information and advice on activities related to guests’ stays and the surrounding area, as well as representing our 3-star hotel
What sets you apart:
- You have completed vocational training in the restaurant/hospitality industry and/or have relevant professional experience
- You are also proficient in using computer applications
- German and English are your strengths; knowledge of French would be an advantage
- You work proactively, are service-oriented, and are conscientious
- Your friendly and engaging manner inspires others
