We are looking for you to join the Main and Personnel Office of the State Capital of Stuttgart. This is a part-time (50%) position with a fixed-term contract of at least six months, with the option of extension.
Our kitchens are equipped with modern commercial kitchen appliances that enable careful planning and gentle food preparation. The two kitchen teams prepare a total of 1,100 meals per day on average. This includes providing hot meals to several branch offices. In addition, there are numerous special events in the conference area of City Hall, including in the evenings.
A job that inspires you
You are responsible for preparing and cooking the daily meals (choose-your-own-components meals).
Organizing and assisting with meal service are also part of your duties.
You are responsible for coordinating meal deliveries to our branch office.
In addition, you assist the kitchen manager with menu planning.
You will assist with special events.
Your work hours are Tuesday through Thursday between 6:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Your Profile, Which Is a Good Fit for Us
Completed vocational training as a chef
Work experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant setting
Technical aptitude and computer skills are a plus
Current certification in accordance with the Infection Protection Act (IfSG)
