The ADAC Nordbaden e.V. regional club was founded in 1947. Today, more than 130 employees work at our five offices in Nordbaden. Here, we handle matters related to mobility, travel and vacations, insurance, and, of course, ADAC membership. Your Responsibilities
With your inspiring demeanor, you’ll get our customers excited about vacation destinations around the world and actively convince them of our wide range of travel-related services.
In addition, you’ll assist our members and customers with ADAC membership, member benefits, and questions related to mobility
You’ll ensure a consistently high, optimized standard of service and build customer loyalty through the best possible service.
Whether in person or over the phone, your first-class service will make it easy for you to attract new customers and effectively strengthen relationships with existing ones.
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training, for example as a travel or tourism agent, or in a business-related field.
You enjoy working with people, are highly service-oriented, and have a knack for needs-based sales.
In addition, you possess in-depth knowledge of the travel industry, travel products, and destination regions.
You have a passion for mobility-related topics and are interested in insurance and financial services.

Compensation—after all, it’s also about the money: We offer above-average pay. The gross monthly salary ranges from 3,000 EUR to 4,000 EUR, depending on your qualifications and professional experience. We also provide additional compensation for extra qualifications and relevant professional experience.
