Your responsibilities with us would include:
Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the business is one of your most important responsibilities
You are responsible for personnel management and leadership during your shift
The training and professional development of your employees fall within your area of responsibility
You are responsible for handling customer complaints
You prepare the financial statements and daily reports
You support your store manager (with administrative tasks)
You ensure that goods are received and ordered properly
You bring the following:
Professional experience in a comparable role with relevant experience in managing staff
A hospitable personality with all that entails: a communicative, personable demeanor, flexible organizational skills, a passion for working independently, and the motivation to roll up your sleeves and get to work
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead employees effectively: a strong understanding of business and organizational matters, coupled with a willingness to take on responsibility
