The family-run company Klüh Catering GmbH is currently seeking an Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the catering services and is passionate about hospitality and cooking (m/f/d). What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll create the meal plan, place orders, and ensure proper inventory management
- You and your team will create lunch menus and snacks, as well as catering for conferences and client events
- You’ll plan staff schedules, lead, and develop your team
- As the point of contact, you ensure customer and guest satisfaction, thereby increasing revenue and profits
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations
What Makes You Stand Out
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef (m/f/d)
- You have professional experience in an operational management role (e.g., as a kitchen manager)
- You enjoy continuing to roll up your sleeves in the kitchen even as a manager and putting your ideas into practice
- You have (initial) experience analyzing business metrics, enabling you to consistently identify the right actions for your operation
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, allowing you to communicate effectively with your team and customers
