Kitchen/Cleaning Staff Member (f/m/d)

Forst Baden-Württemberg (ForstBW), a public-law institution, is responsible for approximately 23% of the forested area in Baden-Württemberg. Managing over 300,000 hectares of state-owned forest, ForstBW is the state’s largest natural area manager and largest forestry operation. The principle of sustainability forms the foundation of our work. ForstBW is committed to operating in an ecologically exemplary, socially balanced, and economically successful manner. Approximately 1,900 employees across the state—in 21 forest districts, several service centers, and the executive management—contribute to this mission.

The Forestry Education Center at the Fasanenschlösschen in Karlsruhe serves as a venue and meeting place for continuing education for the entire forestry community in Baden-Württemberg. We want our guests to feel at home here and, in addition to receiving professional training, to be able to meet and exchange ideas. We also rent our facilities to third parties as a conference venue and offer meals prepared in our own kitchen. The facility is located in a historic, listed building and is currently not fully accessible. Access involves stairs; the approach path is partially paved with cobblestones. A wheelchair-accessible restroom is not currently available.
