The Hotel Wartburg Stuttgart is a privately owned 3-star hotel with 74 rooms, centrally located in Stuttgart. Our hotel is popular with both business and leisure travelers and offers our guests a pleasant and hassle-free stay in downtown Stuttgart.
Your Responsibilities
As the Housekeeping Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our housekeeping team, which consists of a total of four to five full-time equivalents. Together with your team, you will ensure that our 74 guest rooms and public areas are always clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
Organizing and coordinating daily housekeeping operations
Inspecting cleaned guest rooms and public areas
Creating and organizing work schedules and duty rosters
Managing and organizing linens, cleaning supplies, and work materials
Ensuring our cleanliness and quality standards are met
Working closely with the front desk and other hotel departments
Identifying and reporting technical issues and repair needs
Training and supporting new employees
Helping to optimize housekeeping workflows
Actively supporting the team in day-to-day operations as needed

You’re a good fit for us if you:
Have prior experience in housekeeping as a manager or in a comparable position
Enjoy taking on responsibility and keeping track of everything
Have a strong sense of cleanliness, order, and quality
Are reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues
Are friendly and service-oriented
Can keep track of everything even when the workload is high
Have a good command of German
You have very good to fluent English skills; additional foreign languages are desirable
