To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a
*Sous Chef (m/f/d)*
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization and coordination—you will lead, motivate, and train our staff and apprentices.
- Shared responsibility for kitchen operations and food preparation across all of the hotel’s outlets
- You will continuously monitor and improve kitchen and product quality.
- You share responsibility for food procurement and food storage.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and for verifying the quality of the dishes served
- Developing new recipe suggestions, recipes, and production plans for the menu
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen
- You plan, prepare, and execute banquet events in the culinary department.
- You will work closely with all F&B departments.
You have...
- Completed training as a chef
- Initial professional experience in a similar position
- Good manners, a communicative personality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- A stylish demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- You remain calm and keep a clear head even in stressful situations
AND
- You are an excellent team player
- You have sufficient mobility to reach our facility in the spa area (accommodations can be arranged on short notice for a fee)
- You have a good command of German
- Resilience, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team, as well as a willingness to work on weekends, are a given for you; however, weekend shifts are, of course, rotated with colleagues
- Full-time position
