Responsibility for providing high-quality, efficient, and guest-oriented F&B service on board
Active support of change processes, process optimizations, and fleet-wide performance structures in the F&B sector
Coaching, mentoring, and professional development of F&B managers and emerging leaders on board
Serving as a role model for the F&B crew and fostering constructive feedback in close collaboration with the onboard F&B management
Consistently ensuring compliance with applicable safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Serving as a trusted point of contact for the F&B crew regarding work-related and onboard concerns
Your progress so far
A degree in business administration or a comparable degree, as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in the operational F&B sector
Experience leading an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
Proficiency in spoken and written German and English (at least B2 level according to the CEFR)
Proficiency in using MS Office 365 and hospitality management systems
Previous experience in mentoring and coaching
A high degree of empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships with the onboard F&B crew
Conceptual skills, a structured and goal-oriented approach to work, and a strong willingness to travel
