Here, you’ll work alongside 2,700 colleagues in the areas of resident support and care, food service, housekeeping, facilities management, IT, human resources, and administration.
These are your most important tasks!
* Attention to detail: You serve residents and guests food
and beverages during daily operations and at events held at the facility.
* Sense of responsibility: You handle billing and cash management.
* Responsibility: You adhere to quality standards and
hygiene regulations.
* Intuition: You create the atmosphere of a well-maintained café or
restaurant.
* Flexibility: When needed, you assist the team in the monastery shop.
Here's what you'll bring to the table!
* Expertise: You have either completed an apprenticeship as a
restaurant specialist (m/f/d) or hotel specialist (m/f/d), or you’re looking to
make a career change. Your team will support you!
* Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of customer service and take
pleasure in your work.
* Communication: Your German skills are excellent, allowing you to
communicate in a warm and empathetic manner at all times.
* Enthusiasm: A friendly and understanding approach toward
older adults comes naturally to you.
Personality: You have good manners and a well-groomed
appearance.
Commitment: You’re willing to work shifts and weekends
and will therefore fit right in with the team!
