- You’ll conduct needs assessments to determine what skills users or employees require and how in-depth the training needs to be
- You’ll explain complex technology in plain language and translate technical concepts into clear, easy-to-follow steps
- You will develop exams and certifications and be responsible for tests, assessments, and certifications
- You provide the necessary support during and after training, answer questions, guide learners, and provide feedback
- You are responsible for the ongoing management and development of an efficient, long-term service network for our international brands in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic
- Your responsibilities include managing our external technical support partner and assisting with technical inquiries from European markets
