Your Job
Do you have not only the blood of a true sailor flowing through your veins, but also leadership, integrity, and team spirit? Your motivation is the course, your team is the anchor!
- Development and management of all F&B departments
- Compliance with and implementation of all F&B standards
- Oversight, planning, and coordination of daily tasks and events
- Budget compliance and financial control of all F&B departments
- Development and implementation of new events by cruise route
- Contract duration: 4–5 months; subsequent contracts possible
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in F&B management as well as leadership experience
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- Knowledge of USPH
- Business management knowledge and a knack for working with numbers
- Ability to handle pressure, reliability, and a hands-on approach
- A structured and organized approach to work
- Proficiency with MS Office, Crunchtime, and Rescom
