A German family of entrepreneurs is looking for a reliable couple (m/f/d) to serve as caretakers for their property in Alt Bendinat, Mallorca, located on the beachfront near Palma.
Duties include all household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the garden, pool, and building systems, including any necessary repairs—which may be carried out by specialized contractors as needed. The property, which covers approximately 2,500 m², and the house, with approximately 450 m² of living space, must be kept in good condition at all times. When the family is present, additional duties such as preparing meals will be required.
A driver’s license is required; both candidates should speak German, and at least one should speak Spanish. Both the main house and the separate apartment on the property for the caretaker couple—which has its own entrance—have direct, separate access to the sea. It is advantageous if the applicants have worked in a similar position in Spain and/or have experience in the hospitality industry.
We plan to offer a long-term Spanish employment contract with year-round employment and competitive compensation. In addition, the separately located apartment with a large terrace and a company car will be provided. Due to the planned retirement of the current incumbents, the position is expected to be filled in the course of 2027.
