Around 3,000 seniors call us home—whether or not they require nursing care. Housekeeping plays a central role in this by ensuring cleanliness, order, and a pleasant living environment. It is important to us that our residents live in a well-maintained and hygienic environment and that everyone feels at home with us. We know what we’re doing and support our colleagues so they can stay focused on what matters most: our residents.
Your responsibilities include:
Helping to develop and implement the quality management system
Assisting in the implementation and further development of a housekeeping concept
Assisting in the development, planning, coordination, and oversight of the organizational structure and operational processes in the housekeeping department
Conducting employee training sessions
Organizing and conducting internal and external events
Design and decoration of the facility
Organizing, ensuring, and monitoring cleaning services
Preparing internal cost allocations and compiling internal performance metrics
In-house controlling of housekeeping-related data
Our requirements:
Training as a Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager
Several years of professional experience
Experience in quality management
Business-oriented thinking and approach
Structured and goal-oriented approach
Strong focus on customer service
Strong commitment to motivating and leading employees
Enjoyment and patience in working with older adults
Interest in our diversity-sensitive care, particularly with regard to sexual, gender, and (post-)migrant diversity, as well as gender- and culturally sensitive awareness
