Receptionist for the Spa Reception (m/f/d)
Your previous ports of call
- Education as well as several years of professional experience in the field of spa and wellness, ideally in the wellness hotel industry
- Good German and English skills and a confident handling of MS Office, ideally Fidelio Spa
- A high service and sales orientation, a positive charisma, sovereignty and communication skills
- A sense of responsibility and independent working
- Organization and coordination of the entire appointment planning in the Body & Soul area
- Friendly, competent and individual product advice as well as sales of spa treatments and products (brands: La Ric, Couleur Caramel, Thalgo, Pharmos Natur)
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance
- Active response to customer wishes
- Extensive further training in the spa, fitness and hairdressing sector
- Career in the spa: from Spa Supervisor (m/f/d) to Spa Manager (m/f/d) possible
