Your tasks:
- Management of the hotel kitchens and the production kitchen at the Bad Füssing site
- Responsibility for the management and coordination of up to 60 employees
- Training and education of apprentices and new employees
- Creation and further development of the gastronomic offer in the hotels/spa restaurant/Vienna Café and in the specialist clinic
- Ensuring and complying with statutory hygiene training and guidelines (HACCP standards)
- Coordination and monitoring of the daily kitchen/production process and merchandise management
- Regular updating of costing and close coordination with the central purchasing department
- Ongoing optimization of procedures and processes
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience with management responsibility in the hotel industry and hospital kitchen
- Training certificate for the German IHK training program
Also desirable:
- Understanding of numbers and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Organizational and planning skills
- Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
- Excellent knowledge of German
- Experience with various systems, such as Microsoft, ordering systems and time recording
