You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Coordinating and ensuring that everything runs smoothly at reception at all times
- Professional and cordial reception as well as optimal care of our guests
- Effective handling of special guest inquiries and challenges
- Complaints and claims management
- Creation of duty and vacation schedules
- Checking the daily booking status and initiating any necessary measures
- Completion and control of daily reception tasks in accordance with applicable checklists
- Working at the reception desk in operational business in the early and late shift
- Recognizing training needs and carrying out on-the-job instruction and training
- You can be deployed as a manager on duty
- Ensuring and complying with all necessary standards of our franchise partner
