Night Audit (STARS)* full-time or part-time
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- First point of contact for all our guests‘ concerns and questions
- Cash register management, invoicing, checking out guests
- Preparing the daily closing and various sales statistics
- Managing a shift at reception to ensure the best possible guest service
- You are happy to receive and process reservation requests
- You check waiter’s bills and manage the reception cash register including the required financial statements
- Professional complaint handling
- Regular inspection rounds
- Overall responsibility for the hotel during the night shift
