Front Office Supervisor (STARS)* with immediate effect.
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Coordinating and ensuring smooth operations at the front office
- Professional and cordial reception as well as optimal care of our guests
- Effective handling of special guest requests and challenges
- Complaints and claims management
- Checking the daily booking status and initiating any necessary measures
- Completion and control of F/O daily tasks according to the applicable shift checklist
- Collaboration at the front office in operational business in the early and late shift
- Recognizing training needs and carrying out on-the-job instruction and training
- You can be deployed as a manager on duty
- Ensuring and complying with all necessary standards of our franchise partner
