and apply as a Sous Chef (STARS)*
You will be happy to take on these tasks
- Supportive management of the entire kitchen team
- You will be responsible for purchasing and cost control
- You lend a hand and are not afraid to get involved in the day-to-day business
- Preparation and follow-up of the mise en place for our lunch and dinner menu
- You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company
- You comply with HACCP standards and are responsible for the cleanliness and smooth workflow in the kitchen
- You support the design of the menu and the training of our trainees
