We are looking for you at the earliest possible date, part-time (30h) for a limited period of 2 years, at our company headquarters in Rostock.
Employee Guest Services Operations (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Commercial training in the tourism and/or service industry as well as professional experience in the operational area of a service company, ideally experience on board cruise ships
- Understanding of process interrelationships and initial professional experience in project management or process optimization
- Very good German and good English skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365
- Organizational skills, an independent and structured way of working, flexibility as well as team and communication skills
Your destination
- Supporting the teams on board and ashore with operational inquiries relating to the Reception department
- Preparatory planning of technical requirements in changing cruise areas
- Management of rental and sales items on board, processing issues relating to entry regulations and check-in/out
- Defining and updating operational standards and processes in the department
- Supervision of the internal knowledge database
- Content control of print and online media for the department (travel documents, catalogs, website, etc.)
- Organization and collaboration in projects, creation of project presentations
- Invoice control, participation in budget preparation
