You are happy to take on these tasks:

• Overall personnel responsibility and management of the department head team
• You will be responsible for the budget and ensuring sustainable earnings
• You will ensure that the hotel has a secure position in the market and gain a good market share
• You reliably manage the accounts receivable, the monthly closing and the inventory
• As General Manager, you are also the face of the hotel
• Ensuring and maintaining all necessary standards of our franchise partner
• As a role model, you ensure that all processes run smoothly
• Quality assurance in all departments and areas
