Your qualifications
This is where you prove your stamina and talent
- Co-responsibility for a smooth operational process in the kitchen and dining areas
- Food preparation and serving, including preparation of buffets and menus
- Assistance with the receipt of goods
- Assisting with the preparation of menus
- Cleaning the kitchen and utility rooms
- Compliance with hygiene regulations

- Completed vocational training, preferably as a chef or comparable qualification
- Experience in the area of canteen kitchens in a comparable facility
- Team and communication skills, independent and structured way of working

Working where others go on vacation
Our youth holiday park in Ahlbeck is an ideal location for the training camps of our member organizations and sports clubs and associations from all over Germany. Our vacation activities, children and youth trips, nursery and school trips as well as our family weekends take place here. The Sportjugend im Landessportbund Berlin e.V. runs its youth holiday park as a European meeting place on Usedom, directly on the Baltic Sea. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in a two-shift system. The position is remunerated in accordance with the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern hotel and restaurant collective agreement (evaluation group 5/6) in conjunction with an internal company agreement. The position is initially to be filled for two years in accordance with the Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act. The aim is to continue employment for an indefinite period.
