For the Factory Hotel Münster we are looking for the next possible date to complement our team with a
F&B Manager (m/f/d)
Your qualifications
- You will be responsible for the conceptual and strategic orientation and further development of the F&B areas at the Factory Hotel Münster (2 à la carte restaurants, 1 buffet restaurant, 9 banquet rooms).
- You will also be responsible for evaluating key business figures, developing the resulting recommendations for action and achieving the F&B budget targets.
- Together with your team, you will constantly work on optimizing existing processes and workflows – always with guest satisfaction in mind.
- You will lead a team of around 20 permanent employees, trainees and temporary staff, whom you will support at all times in operational matters as required.

- You have completed vocational training in the hotel/restaurant industry and have several years of professional and management experience as an F&B Manager (m/f/d).
- You are characterized by your understanding of business management as well as your strategic and forward-looking approach.
- You can communicate easily in German and English and have a high level of social competence.

We, the Factory Hotel
