Your role with us – more than just reception!


As deputy reception manager, you are not only the first point of contact for our guests, but also a key figure in the team. With your warmth, professionalism and organizational skills, you ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception and create an atmosphere in which guests and colleagues alike feel at ease.

  • You are a host with heart! Your friendly, helpful and professional approach makes all the difference – you greet our guests and make them feel welcome from the very first moment.
  • Together with the reception manager, you manage and organize the front office. You pull the strings and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • You are the link in the team. With your strong communication skills, you support your colleagues and create a positive, motivating working atmosphere.
  • You find solutions to challenges. Whether guest requests or unexpected situations – you master situations with sensitivity and service orientation.
  • You promote and develop the team. You support, train and motivate your colleagues – as a role model and coach at the same time.
  • You provide structure and an overview. Duty rosters, agreements with housekeeping, kitchen and service – you coordinate the processes together with the reception manager so that everything runs smoothly.
  • You like to take on responsibility. In the absence of the reception manager, you hold the fort and ensure that everything continues to run smoothly.
  • You think for yourself and contribute ideas. Processes can always be improved – and you have the opportunity to actively develop workflows.

  • Completed training in the hotel industry and ideally some experience in a similar field
  • Professionalism & service orientation – you ensure that our guests feel completely at ease
  • Strong communication skills – you are clear, friendly and solution-oriented in your language and in your exchanges with guests & colleagues
  • Very good written and spokenGerman & English skills
  • Enjoy team leadership & motivation – you are a contact person, role model and create a positive working environment
  • Team spirit & loyalty – you work constructively with colleagues and stand up for your team
  • Structure & organizational talent – you keep an overview, even when several things are happening at the same time
  • Initiative & sense of responsibility – you act proactively, are reliable and work independently
  • Co-design & participation – do you want to actively develop workflows and processes? Perfect! We offer you the opportunity to get involved in the team and across departments
  • Good IT skills & willingness to learn – you have experience with hotel software or are quick to learn digital tools.
