Flexibility & mobility: You are open to new challenges and have a high willingness to travel (approx. 80% per week). Your working area is mainly in northern Germany (NRW, NI, HB, HH, NW, SH, TH). You will be provided with a company car.

Your mission…
Quality audits: Independently plan and conduct internal quality audits to ensure the highest standards.
Reflection meetings: you conduct feedback and reflection meetings with managers and teams to promote continuous improvement.
Analysis & optimization: you document results in detailed reports, derive measures and optimize processes sustainably
.Transparency & support: your reports give superiors a clear overview of processes and the current status in the restaurants.
Expert contact person: You are the competent contact person for all quality-related topics – for the team as well as for authorities and customers.
Effective communication: Through clear and structured communication, you ensure that everyone involved is always informed and achieves the best results together.
Further development of quality standards: Together with the quality assurance team, you set new standards and drive innovation.
Interface work: You work closely with the hygiene and occupational health and safety departments to ensure the highest safety and quality requirements.
