Your tasks
Controlling and monitoring all production-relevant processes and procedures within the kitchen team in close cooperation with the kitchen management.
Professional handling of food in compliance with high hygiene standards and regular quality controls.
Collaboration in the production of hot and cold food, production of high-quality dishes
Use of digital merchandise management software to process recipes, orders and production data.
Conducting and leading regular production planning meetings with the kitchen team to optimize processes.
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with experience in communal catering.
Experience in managing a team in a commercial kitchen
Confident handling of digital merchandise management systems or willingness to familiarize yourself with new software solutions.
Team spirit, assertiveness and a solution-oriented way of thinking.
