Accounts payable clerk (m/f/d)
Your previous ports of call
- Commercial training or a similar qualification in the field of finance
- Multiple years of professional experience in accounting, as well as initial experience in accounts payable desirable
- ;desirable
- Very good knowledge of English and business fluent German
- Sure in handling MS Office 365, especially Excel
- Quick comprehension of IT systems, a structured way of working, teamwork and communication skills
- Execution of the factual and mathematical control of incoming invoices in compliance with the 3 – Way – Matching
- Responsibility for the proper and timely processing of incoming port cost invoices in compliance with payment terms and, if applicable, discount periods
- . Cash discount deadlines
- Conducting month-end closing work regarding port costs (data control, variance analysis, adjustment postings, etc.)
- Collaboration and support across departments regarding port costs
- Orderly document management and archiving of working documents
