AIDA Call Center Agent (m/f/d) in the home office

As soon as possible, we are looking for you to work in our home office.

• Telephonic advice to our distribution partners and end customers on booking requests 
• Telephonic sales of trips and service to existing bookings
• Individual contribution to continuous improvement of processes

• Experience and preferably training in the call center, service industry, sales or tourism
• Sure in handling MS-Office as well as general system affinity is a prerequisite
• Interest in countries;countries, cultures and travel as well as geographical knowledge
• Sympathetic telephone voice as well as communication skills, gladly also in English
• Team ability, commitment and flexibility
• Time flexibility

• Undefined position in full-time or part-time (at least 35 hours per week)
• Flexible work location (Your work location you determine yourself. Come to us at the customer center in Rostock or act from home)
• Individual work schedule according to the Präferenzplanungsmodell in shift operation – 24 hours and 7 days a week
