Your tasks
Preparing food and supporting the cooking process
Preparation of high-quality and visually appealing dishes
Ensuring the best possible quality of the food on offer and hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept in the kitchen area
Proper and professional storage of food
Instructing kitchen staff
Your qualifications
Completed training as a cook (m/f/d)
Experience in commercial kitchens is desirable
Further training in food hygiene (HACCP)
Desirable Expert knowledge of e.g. light meals, allergens
Careful, independent work as well as flexibility and reliability
