To strengthen our department, we are looking for you at our Frankfurt am Main location as Assistant Editorial/Publishing (m/f/d) for our hotel and gastronomy media.

This is what it's all about

  • Operational support of the editorial/publishing department in day-to-day business as well as the associated departments such as graphics, dfv media & campaign management, dfv Conference Group etc.
  • Correspondence, coordinating appointments, maintaining contacts, filing, travel - from booking to invoicing, fee statements, invoice verification and accounting, as well as correspondence with service providers and partners, etc.
  • Strong focus on organization (speaker requests, hotel contingents, service provider coordination...), implementation and program support of relevant conferences (national & international) as well as jury meetings and implementation of the most important gala formats (incl. direction)
  • Joint development of relevant editorial "anchors" such as rankings incl. data maintenance and procurement, creation of questionnaires, documentation etc.
  • Proofreading of texts and important sections in CCI (figures, graphics, names, etc.)
  • Interface to organizations and important market participants with the aim of expanding the network and identifying new potentials

What sets you apart

  • Successfully completed training and initial professional experience in a comparable position in a secretarial office or as a team assistant
  • IT affinity and good IT skills (MS Office as well as common CRM tools and databases)
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Team-focused and a desire to succeed together
