This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Responsible for checking the cabins and suites as well as the overall cleanliness of the public guest and crew areas and deputizing for the Assistant Executive Housekeeper
- Contact person for guests with problems / complaints in housekeeping
- Together with the Executive Assistant Housekeeper, first point of contact for the housekeeping team in managing, instructing and training the team
- Support with rostering and other administrative tasks
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 5-6 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Completed training in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience in housekeeping, initial management experience desirable
- Leadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team in both professional and disciplinary terms
- Your eye for detail and organizational skills enrich the team on board
- You are a passionate host and have excellent manners.
- Well-groomed and pleasant appearance and polite manners
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Very good German and good English skills
