We are looking for a friendly, hands-on and discreet
Assistant in Event Management/Head Office (m/f/d)
You will support the business management in the conception, planning, preparation and implementation of small and large events, seminars and conferences. In addition, there are classic assistance tasks such as correspondence, data maintenance, travel planning and travel accounting.
We are a young, committed team and offer our employees a lot of freedom and exciting projects in a national and international environment. At the same time, we expect dedication and creativity.
We expect you to be proficient in MS Office, fluent in written and spoken German, business fluent in English and open in dealing with people.
We offer a permanent position, if desired also part-time (at least 20 hours/week). Starting date by appointment.
