This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- In this position, you will be independently responsible for the organization of a restaurant with up to 200 guests and 30 crew members in breakfast, lunch and dinner service and report to the Maitre d’Hotel.
- You will support the Maitre d’Hotel in creating the duty roster and organizing the service crew and act as a deputy.
- You will provide your team with professional and disciplinary leadership and ensure an open feedback culture and harmonious interaction.
- As the contact person for your service area, you will be regularly present for guests and the crew.
- You will always have an open ear for guests’ questions, suggestions, criticism and reservation problems.
- Duration of your 1st contract: 4 – 6 months (by individual arrangement)
